Although the first bridge I met in Pittsburgh is the Fort Pitt Bridge, which provides me with a chance to view the city’s fantastic downtown scenery after driving through a long tunnel, Highland Park Bridge will rank first after a summer’s stay in Pittsburgh. Highland Park Bridge is a bridge with nearly 80 years of history. It is also the bridge I have traveled through most in Pittsburgh. I need to drive through the bridge to downtown, supermarkets, shopping malls. Every time I cross this bridge, I can view different sceneries, sometimes sunrise, sometimes sunset, sometimes thunderstorm, together with the Allegheny River. I remember that there is a 360-degree turn when driving from Aspinwall to Highland Park Bridge, which makes me feel carsick.
